Popup'ы настраиваются в 3-ёх местах:
1) Message Session/ Event Notifications
2) PopUps/Icq
3) PopUps/Plus
Причём виды у всех разные, используется как я понял настройки 1).
Вопрос, за что отвечают настройки 2)-3).
