1) зделан диск бутом в райд биос-е (это без вариантов).
2) да я уже начил драва искать методом народного тыка, ибо сам в тупике уже. я изменял boot.ini уже раз 20(избежать ошибки)..безтолку

вот что я нарыл в инете..
"The problem is that Windows cannot read the boot.ini file on the raid stripe just after POST because it does not load the raid drivers until it starts windows. But it cannot load the raid drivers off the RAID stripe because it cannot read the raid stripe until it loads the drivers... conundrum.
Solution.. put a non raid drive in. A nice fat back-up or data storage drive is optimal. Windows will write the boot.ini and drivers to that drive on installation."
