Второй вопрос снимается, вроде нашел способ:
1. Turn on the player without a disc inside
2. Wait for the menu
3. Using the remote enter the following code: 1, 6, 7, 1, 9.
4. Chose region (0 for all regions).
5. Turn the player off!
Но, сам еще не попробовал... О результатах сообщу завтра...
