IMHO.WS - Показать сообщение отдельно - how did you solved the problem with the cyrillic (to the admins)

I'm from Bulgaria, and i'm runnin vbulletin on bulgarian, and as you may guess i have problems with cyrillic
vbulletin stores it as unicode, and on a lot of places, shows it as unicode (in the mail on the reply, dialog boxes and etc.)
as i can see you have already solved the problem with the cyrillic, so if possible please let me know what's the solution.......
