А там ведь фишка кажется была в том, что в Windows драйвер захвата позволяет брать изображение только с одной камеры.
Так что проблема не совсем в программе.
Модифицированный драйвер для захвата с нескольких btXXX чипов за деньги продаёт автор iuVCR кажется.
Вот ковырнулся у себя в загашнике и нашёл:
