The "ICQ 5" images were found today on a subdirectory on the www server of icq.com...And it brought a lot of questions along the way.
What version is it?
When will it be released?
What will be new?
And some more interesting questions...
I will try answer as much of these questions as I can on the following mini-article...

As you can see the whole GUI will be slightly changed...you will be able to see your current away msg on the top of ICQ, Xtraz zone will get an upgrade, more games and so... Watch the small icons near some of the users, a mic and a camera, which means that both, voice communication and video chat will be supported in the next version.

Nothing much to say about this one, you can just see here the new design of the chat window...

You can also see that near the video window there is volume control as well which means you will be able to see the person and talk to him at the same time...could be interesting to see it work.
The version wasn't even given to the workers themselves, only the developers have it!
