When trying to install, the program checks with ICQ.com for permission to install but ICQ.com will refuse because the trial has ended. So ask ICQ-4u.com for permission instead!
To do that, you need to edit a file in your Windows directory. On Windows XP, the file is in the folder C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc and the file is called hosts (with no extension). On Windows 95/98/ME the file is in C:\WINDOWS\. Open this file in Notepad. Then add one line at the bottom: 80.190.244.8 cb.icq.com
