"ICQ may at any time terminate your ICQ number or access to the ICQ Services, cancel, change, hold, de-list, ( могут в любое время без причины блокировать уины)introduce different options and features to different users or refrain from publishing ICQ numbers or any other details of the users listed on the various ICQ directories and listings for any reason, including, without limitation, if it, in its sole discretion, considers your use to be unacceptable, or in the event of any breach by you of this Agreement or the ICQ Terms of Service (either directly or through breach of any other terms and conditions or operating rules applicable to you). ICQ has no obligation to provide you a warning prior to termination of your use of the ICQ Services."


Вообщем это вся их полная собственность, мы лишь "арендуем" номерки. Значит из угон и взлом прежде всего наносит ущерб мираблам. Значит пользователь не может подать в суд или иные инстанции заяву на угонщика.
