Тьi имел ту же проблем с предьiдущия версия - 5.5.065.011? Потому что ето версия имеет некоторые проблемы (я имел их также) сделай clean uninstall:

"Go into the start menu, programs, the zonelabs entry and right click on the "uninstall zonealarm pro". Select properties and in the target box you add a space and then /clean to the end. It will look something like this:

"C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\zauninst.exe" /clean

Click apply and then click OK. Open ZAP and turn off the load on boot option, then reboot and then run the uninstaller (the one you change the shortcut for). This will get rid of ZA for you, including all registry keys."

И установи предыдущая версия - 5.5.065.011. Впоследствии скажи имееш ли те же самые проблемы. Если да, нужно предоставить больше информации о системе, сети, и т.д.
