Привет всем
Хочу поделится, может пригодится кому, но может быть это работает только для Новой Зеландии
Купил Leadtek WinFast TV 2000 XP (Deluxe)
и вместе с программой hVCPlus 1.00.6.4 она мне показывает теперь платные каналы кабельного телевидения. Я не очень понимаю как это делается да и не очень то и хочу главное показывает. Может для того кто разбирается в этом будет легче настроить под свою страну.

What's hVCPlus?
hVCPlus stands for "Heuristic Videocrypt Decoder" and is a program for decoding Videocrypt I & II encrypted TV channels. To do this, the program analyzes the encrypted image information and trys to re-create the correct key to decode the picture.

System requirements:

CPU with MMX-support.
TV card with Video-for-Windows drivers. WDM drivers wont work.
Cards with BT848, BT849, BT878 or BT879 for optimum image quality recommended.
Main memory. Starting with 32Mb, depends on the operating system.
For DelayLoop output, additional 12-50Mb, depending on the resolution, required.
Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/ХР
Full-Duplex sound card for DelayLoop output.
Videocrypt-encrypted TV program.
PAL TV system for color and optimum decoding quality.

прога просто раскодирует сигнал, закодированный с помощью Videocrypt 1 и 2. Так что ставить ее можно с любым тюнером. Вопрос только, есть ли у нас такие каналы.
