Есть така функция из стандартных AGETFILEVERSION называется, имеет два параметра. первый массив-строка размером 15 ячеек и вторым собственно строка-имя файла ...

Собственно в массив и помещаются параметры версии файла ... описание на аглицком ... и так понятно ...
