Вот на английском информация про ebay. Это советы как выявить скамеров при покупки видеокамер, так что к фотоаппаратом тоже отнести можно. Если кто может пусть перевдет поточнее, я понимаю о чем тут, но перевести грамотно не смогу.

eBay is a fabulous service. The only problem with it is, there are many scammers waiting to nab your cash. I have here some tips to stop you from being scammed.

1. Never buy a high priced object on eBay with a money order. People who accept only money orders on camcorders are 99 percent of the time scammers

2.Never buy a camcorder out of eBay. Once bidding on a camcorder and not winning it, youll often be sent an e-mail saying, that some guy has got that exact camera, and is willing to sell it to you for half the price. This is a scam, block his address.

3.Use Escrow. This is a fabulous service, which protects you complelty from scammers. You can pick up a scammer if he says, “No escrow, its too slow”. Definite Scammed

4.Get some pics. You often find sweet deals, but they say, these cameras are boxed and unopened, this is a lame excuse for when people ask to see pics, they just say we dont want to open the box. Scam alert.

5.Feedback lulls sometimes a false sense of security. A good 100+ eBayer might have been hacked into, and theres an easy way to find out if this has happened. Check there feedback, but check what they have been selling. If theyve been selling doll dresses for years and are suddenly 5 VX2000's and some Canon XL-1's then that is a scam.
