Naviscope has a Toolbar (that automatically shrinks and grows) which provides access to each of these features. Everything is fully configurable and can be disabled and enabled globably or on a site-by-site basis. Naviscope is less than 600K bytes in size (small), consists of just ONE file (plus the help system), and performs the tasks of a dozen Internet utilities.

Из всего этого самое удобное - мало весит, показывает состояние памяти, режет баннеры и показывает все соединения с интернетом, что загружается и откуда и можно одним кликом это остановить. И все это в крохотной панели в углу экрана.
Проблема, что Навископ давно не обновлялся и с IE6 не хочет работать.
