После появления рабочего стола с иконками программ, компьютер зависает минут на 20

У меня стоит английская версия Win XP Pro SP2 со всеми последними обновлениями.

С недавних пор после загрузки компьютера (сразу после появления рабочего стола с иконками программ), компьютер зависает минут на 20. В течение этих 20 мин компьютер не работоспособен, курсор показывает песочные часы, никакую программу запустить нельзя и даже часы в трее останавливаются! Затем что-то происходит, часы в трее прыгают вперёд на 20 мин и компьютер работает как ни в чём не бывало. Такое случается после любой перезагрузки. Прямо как будто некий таймер задержки стоит.

Что я делал? На вирусы проверял (у меня стоит Norton Antivirus), регистры чистил (у меня стоит Norton WinDoctor и Registry Repair Wisard 2007) - не помогло. Мне сказали, что это может быть вирус, поскольку Norton Antivirus ловит не всё и посоветовали удалить Norton и поставить NOD 32. В самом деле, NOD 32 нашёл 3 подозрительных файла и удалил их, но это никак не сказалось на решении проблемы. Тут уже была несколько похожая тема: http://www.imho.ws/showthread.php?t=119253 но разница в проблеме настолько существенная, что я решил открыть новую.

Уважаемый Dr. God!
Я сделал так, как вы посоветовали + отключил службу индексирования. После перезапуска компьютера привычной уже 20 мин. задержки не было. Однако, я не смог загрузить Интернет, а также плохо запускались другие программы (например, Abode Photoshop запускался более 5 мин - мне надоело ждать и я перелогинился). После этого не смог запустить MS Word. Перезапуск компьютера опять дал туже самую ситуацию. Полагаю, что я где-то что-то отключил лишнее. Я не знал как вернуть всё обратно (ибо, много что пришлось менять при отключении лишних служб), поэтому при перезапуске выбраз загрузку Last known good configuration и всё вернулось на круги своя: опять 20 мин. задержка при запуске. Тогда я отключил службу индексирования и опять перезапустил компьютер - не помогло: опять ждал около 20 мин. пока иконки на рабочем столе станут кликальными. В принципе, полагаю, что это правильный путь решения проблемы, осталось лишь выяснить, что именно вызывает задержку в 20 мин.

В оснастке "Services", в левой консоли кликни правой кнопкой по одноимённой строке и выбери экспортировать список, затем сохрани и выложи здесь. Я посоветую, что отключить.

Есть подозрение что сбоит svchost.exe -

"Svchost.exe" (Generic Host Process for Win32 Services) системный процесс операционной системы Microsoft Windows, который обрабатывает 32-битные DLL и другие службы.

В процессе загрузки на основании записей в реестре Svchost.exe составляет список служб, которые необходимо запустить. Одновременно могут быть запущены несколько экземпляров процесса Svchost.exe. Каждый сеанс Svchost.exe содержит группировку служб, следовательно, отдельные службы могут выполняться в зависимости от того, как и когда был запущен Svchost.exe. Таким образом улучшается контроль и упрощается отладка.

Если проблема действительно в нём, то наладить такую ось дистанционно, увы, крайне мало вероятно.
По-хорошему, следует глянуть и процессы, но предлагаю быть последовательными.

По указанному вами адресу у меня 3 записи: 1394 Net Adapter, MAC Bridge Miniport, USB ADSL WAN Adapter.

Все эти соединения активированы?
Чтобы проверить это, нужно в меню View выбрать пункт Details. В колонке Status будет указан текущий статус каждого соединения.
Насколько я помню, вы используете только ADSL модем для доступа в интернет - если так, тогда остальные два соединения можно деактивировать - нажать правую кнопку мыши на каждом из них, и выбрать Disable.
Попробуйте сделать это хотя бы для теста.

Я ценю ваши искренние усилия помочь мне. Я попробовал в меню View выбрать пункт Details, но там такого нет! Прилагаю фото. Или я не туда смотрел? Тем не менее, информирую, что на всех трёх (после нажатия правой кнопкой миши и выбирания меню Properties) написано:

Хочу отметить, что проблема вряд ли находится здесь, ибо суда я заходил и пол-года и год тому назад и всегда все эти три были включены, а проблем не было.
ОДНАКО:
Сегодня я обнаружил кнопку Show hidden devices. Когда я на неё нажал, список сильно увеличился (см. фото). Полагаю, что если неполадки вызваны именно устройствами, связанными с Network Adapters, то их надо искать среди hidden devices.

Прилагаю другое фото. Хочу отметить, что я в такой конфигурации живу примерно с пол-года (ранее было только 3 строчки, однако с пол-года тому назад я обновил драйвер интернет-модема Стрим и тогда появилась самая верхняя строчка), в то время как проблемы с загрузеой начались лишь 1 месяц тому назад.

Дополнение.
Момент появления проблемы 20 мин. загрузки при старте связан с решением проблемы запуска Print Spooler, кот. в свою очередь отключился при обновлении Adobe Acrobat Pro 8.0 до версии 8.1. Подробности написаны в посте № 53 данной темы.

MS сообщает о том, что решение подобной проблемы может быть таким:

RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, remove the Lexmark MarkVision program from the computer and turn off the Lexbce Server service.

Т.е., удалить программу Lexmark MarkVision и отключить (disable) службу LexBce Server.

Если это решит проблему "20 секунд", то дополнительно также рекомендую сделать следующее с такими службами:

Automatic LiveUpdate Scheduler - перевести в режим manual
Client Service for NetWare (зачем он здесь? ) - отключить (disable)
Computer Browser - отключить (disable)
DHCP Client - перевести в manual
FrontLine Drivers Auto Removal (v2) - перевести в manual
FTP Publishing - перевести в manual

перевести все в manual (если локальный вэб-сервер не нужен):
IIS Admin
Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP)
World Wide Web Publishing

IMAPI CD-Burning COM Service - перевести в manual
InCD Helper - перевести в manual

Вы нашли очень интересную информацию. Вероятно, это близко к истине. Я внимательно ознакомился с линком на сайт Microsoft и хочу отметить следующее. Они упоминают versions of the Lexmark MarkVision files, the Lexbce.dll file and the Lexbces.exe file: и приводят версии этих файлов. Обратите внимание, что файлы датированы 2001 годом. Я произвёл поиск на своём компьютере в виде *MarkVision*.* а также по точным названиям файлов Lexbce.dll и Lexbces.exe. Компьютер показывает, что у меня таких файлов нет. У меня стоит в частичном виде (как сканнер и копир, ибо принтер не устанавливается) вот этот драйвер:

К сожалению, там ничего не написано про Lexmark MarkVision.

По поводу ваших советов со службами есть вопрос: надо ли их сейчас выполнять или сначала надо разобраться с проблемами 20 мин и установки принтера Lexmark?

Мне не нужен текст, требуется сам файл (*txt), полученный непосредственно после сохранения. Я его открою в Excel и список приобретёт вполне читабельный вид.

Это и есть путь к решению проблемы. Отключай службы по совету Rob, у меня глаза ломаются уже после первых пяти строчек. :-)

Сначала отключите указанную службу, проверьте, пропала ли задержка при старте компьютера, потом займитесь остальными службами.

Снйчас я нашёл ПОЧТИ такие же файлы: Lexbce.dl_ и Lexbces.ex_ Они находятся в папке, куда распаковывается перед установкой самораспаковывающийся архив драйвера принтера Lexmark. Больше поиск по *Lexbce*.* ничего не находит.

Я сделал всё, как вы написали в постн № 89 (кроме службы LexBce Server, которую я не нашёл) и перезапустился. Всё без изменений, те же 20 мин задержки.

Я эту службу пропустил и не знал о её существовании, пока вы меня в неё носом не ткнули. Я её отключил (disable) и сейчас буду перезапускаться. О результатах сообщу.

Уважаемый Rob!
Вы нашли решение! Поздравляю! После отключения службы LexBce Server и перезапуска, компьютер висел не более 30 сек. Более того, я запустил службу Repair Acrobat installation имеющуюся в Adobe Acrobat 8.1. и она установила pdf-принтер! Теперь Акробат работает в полгоценном режиме. Так что, благодаря вам, уважаемый Rob. часть проблем были решены! Огромное спасибл!
Далее, на радостях я попробовал установить драйвер принтера Lexmark, но потерпел неудачу. Драйвер принтера не встал и Lexmark 3 в 1 продолжает работать как сканнер и копир. Я попробовал загрузиться и в safe mode. Здесь тоже пока неудачно, но система идёт чуть дальше. Раньше она останавливалась на окошечке Login, а сейчас она тдёт чуть дальше до окошечка Loading your personal settings, далее на мгновение выскакивает надпись об ошибке (я не успеваю её прочитать) и система перезагружается. Я пробовал войти в safe mode 3 раза и каждый раз было так.

Вы читали о том, How to Remove the Lexmark MarkVision Monitor? Возможно, нужно попробовать снести всё подчистую, связанное с этим девайсом (Lexmark), затем попробовать установить заново.

Информацию о том, как решать ошибку "Prop Res Dll Not Loaded" (если такая случится) найдёте здесь.

Что касается Safe mode - ошибка, о которой вы говорите, должна быть в Event viewer'e (administrative tools - event viewer) - в System логе (возможно и в Application). Загрузитесь в нормальном режиме и поищите, есть ли в этих логах какие-нибудь ошибки.

Есть некая проблема со следованием вашему совету. Дело в том, что указанная вами статья написана для Windows NT 3.51 и 4.0. Поэтому, многие записи в реестре не совпадают (кстати, я там у себя нашёл и MarkVision, правда без слова Monitor). Я уже удалил драйвер принтера Lexmark путём нажатия кнопки uninstall и перезапустил компьютер, однако в реестре многие записи Lexmark остались и, увы, благодаря различиям в версиях Windows они не совпадают с теми, которые представлены в статье от Microsoft. Можно ли вручную провести поиск по реестру на слово Lexmark и удалить все записи, которые будут встречаться?

Да, так получится полностью вычистить следы лексмарка - делая uninstall, удаляя папки и записи в реестре.
